Exams!

Coastal skipper exam today, 0900 - 2230. Me, Sam, Ingrid & Alan. Spring tide, lots of boats in Plymouth sound. My blind nav was ok for the first time on my passage from Toroint yacht club to the Tamar bridge. MOB was rubbish but somehow we picked him up first time. I anchored at Jennycliff for dinner and upset the examiner by sailing too close to the breakwater (Sam would have got much closer). I picked up a mooring buoy in the Hamoaze in the dark with the examiner shining the halogen lamp around to find a free one. At the last minute he changed his mind and pointed to another. I swung around and picked it up first time somehow?!
